Ready to give your open water swimming a boost?

If you’re a recreational swimmer who enjoys swimming in lakes and you would like to feel more confident and comfortable in open water or just want to swim longer,  this session is for you!

Join us for a focused 2 half-day training session at Lake Bussloo in Apeldoorn, where we’ll work on the key open-water skills that help swimmers stay relaxed, safe, and efficient outside the pool.

During day 1, you’ll learn or improve:

  • How to swim straight and maintain your direction
  • Three simple and effective navigation techniques
  • Tips to feel calmer and more in control in open water

During Day 2: We will guide you for a longer, relaxed open-water swim of 3–5 km, putting the skills into practice at your own steady pace.
